Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It settles for days, it gets into tracks and vents, and it will ruin a normal clean if it is not dealt with in the right order.
We work in passes — coarse debris first, then fine dust from the ceiling down, then a final floor clean once the trades are genuinely finished.

- Stickers, adhesive, and paint spots removed from glass and fixtures
- Inside cabinets, closets, and appliances
- Windows, tracks, and frames detailed
- Vents and returns vacuumed
- Final floor clean once trades are finished
